Bronzed blooms by the sea at The Hydro Hotel

Perched above Eastbourne’s coastline, the 4-star Hydro Hotel offered a breathtaking setting for Grace and Adam’s late August wedding. With panoramic sea views and a striking outdoor dome, the ceremony unfolded against a backdrop that felt both expansive and intimate.

Grace’s chosen palette of rusty bronze was perfectly timed with the season. Her bouquets were generous and full of character—Roses, Dahlias, and Montbretia in rich, sun-warmed tones, softened by champagne and white Orlaya and the delicate scent of flowering mint to keep the look summery and fresh.

Alongside the bouquets and buttonholes, two statement pedestal arrangements flanked the ceremony space, later repositioned to frame the top table. Guest tables were dressed with clusters of cognac-hued bud vases, each one a miniature echo of the day’s warm, romantic theme.
