Collection

We are pleased to now offer a click and collect service, our collection point is at Maisie and Frank Boutique, 1 Station Buildings, Station Approach, Hayes, Kent, BR2 7EN.

Just order your item online here at Floramay and choose collect from store, your order will be ready to collect the next day or on your choosen date from the Maisie and Frank pick up location.

This next day service is available Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Please be aware Maisie and Frank do not carry a stock of fresh flowers, this is a pick up point only for pre-ordered items ordered online at Floramay.

Delivery Days

We provide a next day delivery service (same day delivery is not available).

We can deliver from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, specified delivery times are only available for deliveries to Funerals or Funeral Parlours, deliveries to business addresses are taken into consideration with regard to delivery times, deliveries are not available on Sundays or Bank/public holidays unless by proir arrangement.

Delivery Charge

There is a £4.99 or £8.99 delivery charge.

CENTRAL LONDON DELIVERY:

There is a £8.99 delivery charge to the following areas we cover inside central London and the congestion charge zone:
